Aetheria Heights is a mixed use development in Peyia, Paphos, consisting of 250 residential units, a square with art galleries, shops and restaurants, a research and development centre and a rehabilitation centre. The project will be the first Zero-Energy development in Cyprus and the fourth of its kind in Europe.
