Cedar Oasis Tower is an 18 floor tower located in Limassol which also includes three basement parking floors and associated external works. The project includes shops on the ground floor and mezzanine, offices in floors 1 to 7, flats in floors 8 to 15, a penthouse and a helipad on the roof. Due to the location of the project pilling works had to be carried out together with specialised excavation procedures for the three basement floors, since neighbouring buildings would be influenced.
